Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Titus facing right, depicted with a slightly draped shoulder, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curled hair characteristic of Flavian portraiture. The effigy displays the emperor's mature features with a strong jaw and prominent brow. The encircling Latin legend reads IMP T CAES VESP AVG P M TR P P P COS VIII, distributed around the obverse field and separated from the coin's beaded border. The portrait is executed in the confident, realistic style of Roman imperial coinage of the late first century AD.
