Obverse description Emperor Tiberius seated facing left on a curule chair, depicted in full figure with his right arm raised and draped in imperial robes. The surrounding Latin legend, partially visible due to wear, reads TI CAESAR DIVI AVGV F AVGVST P M TR POTS XXX, identifying him as son of the deified Augustus and recording his tribunician power in its thirtieth year. The artistic style is characteristic of provincial Roman coinage from the Caesaraugusta mint, with a relatively high-relief rendering of the enthroned figure. The coin exhibits considerable patination and surface wear consistent with extended circulation.
