The figure is rendered with careful attention to drapery folds, conveying divine dignity and calm authority. The abbreviated legend FORTVNA PR arcs across the upper field, while the senatorial authority mark S C (Senatus Consultum) appears in the lower exergual area beneath the throne. The composition is well-centered on the broad orichalcum flan typical of Nervan sestertii. |
