| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents two standing female figures in a composition emblematic of imperial grain policy and divine sanction. At left, Annona, personification of the grain supply, stands facing right, raising her right hand and holding a cornucopia in her left; at right, Ceres, goddess of agriculture, is seated on a throne facing left, extending a grain stalk toward Annona and holding a torch in her left hand. Between the two figures, a modius (grain measure) rests on a low base or altar. The legend ANNONA AVGVSTI CERES is distributed across the upper field, with ANNONA to the left and CERES to the right, while the large senatorial authorization mark S C appears prominently in the lower exergue.
