Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate bust of Nero facing right, depicted with characteristic youthful features and curly hair rendered in fine relief. The emperor wears a light aegis or drapery at the shoulder. The encircling legend reads NERO CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR P IMP P P, distributed around the field in bold Roman capitals. The portrait displays the confident, idealised style characteristic of early Neronian coinage, with strong facial modelling and a well-defined jaw.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two standing and seated figures occupy the central field in a carefully composed allegorical scene. To the left, Annona stands facing right, holding a cornucopia in her left hand and extending a patera or grain ears toward a modius set upon a ship's prow (prow of a vessel visible between the figures), symbolising the maritime grain supply. To the right, Ceres is enthroned, facing left, holding a long torch in her right hand and grain ears in her left, her figure rendered with classical drapery and serene authority. The legend ANNONA AVGVSTI CERES is divided across the upper field, with ANNONA to the left and CERES to the right, separated by AVGVSTI above, all in crisp Roman capitals within a dotted border.
