| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate and draped bust of Hadrian facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and laurel wreath. The emperor's portrait exhibits the characteristic bearded physiognomy introduced by Hadrian, marking a deliberate departure from the clean-shaven convention of his predecessors. The encircling Latin legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan. The overall style reflects the refined Trajanic-Hadrianic workshop tradition of the Rome mint. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The personification of Felicitas stands in full figure facing left, rendered in flowing robes in the classical Roman tradition. In her extended right hand she holds a caduceus, the herald's staff symbolic of prosperity and good fortune, while her left hand cradles a cornucopia, emblematic of abundance. The large senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is prominently displayed in the field to either side of the figure. The reverse legend encircles the design along the periphery, and the composition conveys the Hadrianic ideological program of happiness and imperial beneficence. |
