| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Hadrian facing right, rendered with characteristic naturalistic portraiture including a short beard. The emperor's effigy is depicted with fine detail in the hair and laurel wreath. The circumferential legend HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS runs around the bust, beginning at the lower left and continuing clockwise. The coin surface shows an attractive green patina consistent with its orichalcum composition and age. The overall style reflects the accomplished die-cutting of the Rome Mint during Hadrian's later reign. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The personification of Clementia stands facing left in long, flowing robes, holding a patera in her extended right hand and a long vertical sceptre in her left. The large senatorial authorization letters S C (Senatus Consultum) are prominently placed in the field to either side of the central figure. The encircling legend COS III P P CLEMENTIA AVG reads around the periphery, identifying Hadrian's third consulship, his title Pater Patriae, and the allegorical subject. The reverse type belongs to a series celebrating imperial virtues issued during Hadrian's third consulate (AD 119–138), with this emission specifically dated to AD 129–130. |
