| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Galba facing right, rendered in high relief with characteristic aged features and short-cropped hair beneath the laurel wreath, whose ties fall on the shoulder. The paludamentum is fastened at the right shoulder, visible at the bust truncation.
