| Beschrijving voorzijde | Divus Augustus seated left on a high-backed throne, his feet resting upon a low footstool, rendered in a dignified, hieratic style befitting his deified status. The emperor is depicted radiate, holding a patera in his extended right hand and a long vertical sceptre in his left. An altar is shown to the left of the throne, referencing the imperial cult and posthumous veneration of Augustus. The portrait and attributes are executed in the bold, high-relief tradition of early Flavian bronzework. The obverse legend encircles the central type. |

| Opschrift voorzijde | DIVVS AVGVSTVS PATER (Translation: Divus Augustus Pater. The divine emperor (Augustus), father [of the nation].) |
| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse type features the large, boldly incised senatorial authority mark S C (Senatus Consulto — by decree of the Senate) dominating the central field, rendered in broad, confident strokes characteristic of Flavian bronze coinage. Above the S C, the abbreviated legend REST (Restituit) is prominently placed, confirming this coin's status as a Tiberian or Augustan prototype officially restored under Titus. The full imperial titulature of Titus encircles the design in a continuous Latin legend running around the periphery. The field is otherwise plain, focusing all visual emphasis on the S C monogram and the restoration notice. |
