The animal is rendered with sturdy, compact musculature and visible horns or tusks. The Iberian legend 'iskerbeles' appears above the animal in the upper field, while 'untikesken', the mint or ethnic identifier, is inscribed below in the exergue area. The composition follows a standard reverse type associated with the Untikesken monetary series of northeastern Hispania. |
