| Obverse description | Helmeted bust of Athena facing right, rendered in the Greco-Iberian style with a crested Corinthian-type helmet adorned with a prominent plume. The effigy displays strong relief with visible facial features including a defined nose and chin. The Iberian legend in native script appears to the right of the bust in the field, reading the mint name. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, typical of provincial Hispanic bronze coinage of the 2nd century BC. |
