| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in the Greco-Iberian style characteristic of the Emporion mint. The goddess wears a crested Corinthian helmet with elaborate decorative elements visible at the nape. The facial features are bold and summarily modeled, with a prominent nose and chin. An Iberian legend in semi-circular arrangement appears to the right of the effigy in the field. |
