正面描述	Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Corinthian helmet, rendered in the Greco-Iberian artistic tradition. The facial features are boldly struck with visible relief, the crest and cheekpieces of the helmet clearly delineated. A jug (oenochoe), the semis symbol, is placed to the left of the effigy in the field. The flan is irregular, typical of Iberian hammered bronze coinage of the 2nd century BC.

A crescent symbol appears above the bull in the upper field. In the exergue, the Iberian legend 'untikesken' is inscribed in the Levantine Iberian script, identifying the issuing civic authority of Emporion's hinterland mint.
