| Obverse description | Bare head of Hermes facing right, wearing the petasos (winged traveler's hat), rendered in a local Punico-Hellenistic style. The portrait is set within a plain field, enclosed by a dotted border. The modelling of the hair and hat is bold and slightly schematic, characteristic of provincial Tripolitanian bronze coinage of the early Imperial period. No legend appears on the obverse. |
