| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare head of Augustus facing right, rendered in a naturalistic portrait style typical of Augustan provincial coinage. The bust is truncated at the neck and presented without drapery. The surrounding circular legend reads AVGVSTVS DIVI F, identifying the emperor as son of the deified Julius Caesar.
