| Obverse description | Bare-headed male bust facing right, wearing a pointed hood or bashlyk characteristic of Scythian royal iconography, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The portrait is rendered in a robust, somewhat provincial Hellenistic style with strong facial features including a prominent nose and well-defined jaw. No legend is present in the field. The flan is irregular, as is typical of hammered bronze coinage of the Pontic steppe region. |

| Reverse description | A horse-drawn cart or wagon (biqa) depicted in left profile, showing a single horse striding left and a two-wheeled vehicle with a large spoked wheel prominently rendered in the lower field. A crescent symbol appears above in the upper field, a common device in Scythian numismatic iconography. The royal Greek legend BAΣIΛEΩΣ is inscribed above the cart, with ΣΚΙΛΟΥΡΟΥ distributed below, identifying the issuer as King Scilurus. The composition is arranged across three horizontal registers with bold, if somewhat irregular, letter forms consistent with a provincial mint. |
