Reverse description Hammered silver flan with a central Persian inscription in Nastaliq script recording the regnal year of issue and the mint name Sarhind. The legend is arranged in two or three lines across the field, with the Hijri date incorporated within the formula. The irregular flan edges and slightly uneven strike are characteristic of hand-hammered coinage produced at the Sarhind mint under Sahib Singh of Patiala, with no formal border or decorative devices present.
