Obverse description Draped bust of Emperor Peter II facing right, wearing armor with an ornate diagonal sash adorned with rivets and decorative elements, and a laureate head with flowing long hair rendered in elaborate Baroque style. The youthful effigy is depicted with fine detail in the imperial manner typical of early 18th-century Russian coinage. A circular Cyrillic legend surrounds the portrait, reading from the lower left and encircling the field. The rim is decorated with a fine toothed border.
