| Reverse description | The Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed in the centre of the field, with wings spread and each head surmounted by a separate crown, a third larger crown arching above both heads. The eagle's breast bears an escutcheon depicting the mounted St. George slaying the dragon. The right talon grasps a sceptre and the left an orb, both rendered in crisp detail.
