Reverse description Central shield bearing the rampant lion of Holland, set within elaborate acanthus-scroll mantling and surmounted by a crowned helmet with a displayed eagle as crest, all executed in bold high relief befitting the piedfort double-thickness striking. The heraldic composition is rendered with exceptional depth and fine engraving detail throughout the mantling. A beaded inner border surrounds the central device, and the circular Latin legend, separated by ornamental floral stops, reads MO NO ARG COMIT HOL ZEEL, with a rosette mint mark for the Dordrecht Mint visible in the legend.
