The "Unity States" misprint is the tell — this is a known novelty reproduction of the 1783 Washington cent, a privately struck piece that circulated among collectors and curiosity-seekers long before federal coinage existed. The original 1783 issues were pattern-era tokens, not official U.S. government coinage, produced speculatively as Washington-themed pieces during the interregnum between independence and the Mint Act of 1792.
