目录
| 正面描述 | The obverse, serving as the wreath side of this replica, features a central denomination inscription reading ONE CENT and the fractional equivalent 1/100 enclosed within an open wreath rendered in low relief. The circular legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA surrounds the central design, inscribed along the periphery of the field. The overall composition is modeled after the wreath reverse of the original 1793 Flowing Hair Cent. The design is contained within a plain border with no dentilation visible on this replica strike. |

The original 1793 Wreath cent was the first cent actually delivered by the Philadelphia Mint — the earlier Chain cent having drawn public ridicule for its crude appearance. Congress had only authorized cent production the previous year, and the Mint was still improvising on everything from planchet supply to striking pressure. None of that history transfers to this nickel brass replica, which exists purely as a curiosity piece with no numismatic standing.
