Obverse description Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Tetricus I facing right, wearing a radiate crown with pronounced spikes. The portrait is rendered in a crude, barbarous style characteristic of unofficial imitative issues, with simplified facial features and schematic drapery folds. A partially legible Latin legend surrounds the effigy, reading (IMP TET)RICVS (P F AVG), though the lettering is degenerate and partially blundered. The flan is small and irregular, with uneven surfaces and heavy green patination throughout the field. The overall workmanship reflects the reduced technical quality typical of post-Gallic Empire barbarous radiates.
