| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, depicted with a draped and cuirassed shoulder, rendered in the confident portraiture style characteristic of the early Trajanic period. The effigy displays the emperor's well-known strong features with a short, close-cropped laureate wreath. The encircling legend IMP CAES NERVA TRAIAN AVG GERM runs around the periphery of the flan, with the inscription beginning at the lower left and continuing clockwise.
