Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, depicted with a draped and cuirassed shoulder, rendered in the confident portraiture style characteristic of the early Trajanic period. The effigy displays the emperor's well-known strong features with a short, close-cropped laureate wreath. The encircling legend IMP CAES NERVA TRAIAN AVG GERM runs around the periphery of the flan, with the inscription beginning at the lower left and continuing clockwise. The coin is struck on a somewhat irregular flan typical of hammered silver quinarii of the period, with a beaded border visible along the rim.

Beschrijving keerzijde The personification of Victory stands facing left in full figure, rendered in flowing robes with large wings spread behind her. She holds a wreath extended forward in her right hand and a palm branch in her left, in the classical tradition of Roman victory imagery. The figure is depicted in a graceful contrapposto stance, occupying the full height of the field. The surrounding legend P M TR P COS IIII P P is distributed around the periphery, reading clockwise from the lower left. A beaded border frames the design, and the reverse shows the broad, uncluttered field composition typical of Trajanic quinarii.
