Reverse description Draped Victory standing right at left of field, her left hand grasping a palm branch and her right hand extending to crown a trophy with a wreath. At the base of the trophy sits a bound captive facing left, with a carnyx depicted behind the captive. Between Victory and the trophy, the moneyer's signature appears with VL rendered as a ligature or monogram; Q appears in the exergue, denoting the quinarius denomination. The composition follows standard late-Republican iconography celebrating Roman military conquest.
