In her extended right hand she proffers a wreath, the symbol of Roman martial triumph, while her left hand carries a tall palm frond resting against her left shoulder, another emblem of victory. The figure is rendered with flowing drapery characteristic of Trajanic allegorical types. The reverse legend encircles the field, referencing Trajan's tribunician and consular titles as well as the Senate and Roman people.
