Reverse description The reverse bears a three-line mint and date legend in nastaliq script, arranged vertically within the field. The uppermost line reads 'Zarb' (struck/minted), the central line names the mint city 'Rasht', and the lower line records the AH regnal year of issue. A decorative border of pellets or a partial linear rim frames the lower portion of the field, as visible on the coin. The overall composition is typical of provincial Qajar hammered silver coinage, with the flan showing the characteristic irregular edge of hand-struck production.
