The degenerate script retains traces of the ruler's name or Quranic formulae consistent with Qanhari damma coinage attributed to Muhammad ibn Ghazan. The irregular flan shape and flat, worn relief are characteristic of this small fractional denomination struck in the Sindhi tradition. |
