Obverse description Central field occupied by the Jochid tamga, the dynastic emblem of the Golden Horde, flanked on either side by Arabic legends in the field. A six-pointed star appears immediately below the tamga. The entire device is enclosed within a decorative border typical of Crimean mint issues of the Uzbeg Khan period.
