| Reverse description | Multi-line Arabic inscription filling the field, consisting of the ruler's name and titulature, with individual letter strokes rendered in high relief against a granular, textured ground. The legend is presented without a formal border frame, and the irregular flan edge encroaches upon the outermost characters. The script is executed in a cursive Naskh style typical of Golden Horde copper issues of the reign of Abdallah Khan. |

The "dog type" puls of the Golden Horde's Ordu mint fall within one of the most turbulent decades in the khanate's history — the period Mongol sources call the Great Troubles, or Velikaya Zamyatnya, during which the western steppe saw roughly two dozen khans claim power in under twenty years. Abdallah, a puppet of the powerful beg Mamai, held nominal authority over the right wing while real political control remained elsewhere.
Ordu mint output from these years is poorly systematized in the literature. Zeno #1191 remains one of the few catalogued anchor points for this specific type.
