Obverse description Central field dominated by the bird-head tamga, a dynastic tribal symbol rendered in stylized form, enclosed within a square cartouche with geometric borders. The tamga device features a rounded head element surmounting a vertical shaft with lateral extensions, characteristic of Golden Horde tribal heraldry. The surrounding field shows traces of decorative elements at the corners of the cartouche. The die work is bold but irregularly struck, typical of late Golden Horde copper pul coinage. The coin's flan is irregular and shows characteristic surface corrosion consistent with copper issues of this period.
