Reverse description Central field bearing the legend of Countess Teresa de Entenza in Latin characters, arranged around the field in a circular disposition. The reverse carries the identifying inscription attributing the issue to the Countess of Urgell, struck at the Balaguer mint during her regency. The hammered flan results in an irregular planchet with a plain edge, consistent with small medieval billon fractional coinage.
