| Obverse description | A zebu (humped bull) depicted in profile standing to the right, rendered in low relief with characteristic hump prominently modeled. Above the bull, a sinuous serpent extends horizontally across the field, and three small ancillary symbols are arranged above the serpent near the upper margin of the flan. The design occupies the full oval field, with scattered pellets visible in the lower field, reflecting the characteristic die-cast technique of early South Indian potin coinage. |
