Reverse description A large bunch of grapes with prominent, closely packed berries suspended from a curling vine tendril, centrally placed within the coin field. The cluster is depicted in bold relief consistent with the nationalist iconography of the Bar Kokhba revolt coinage. The Hebrew freedom inscription encircles the motif in the field, reading לחרות ירושלם, proclaiming the aspirational liberation of Jerusalem.
