| Beschrijving keerzijde | A single animal, likely a boar or horse, depicted in profile facing right in a highly schematized Celtic rendering. A central geometric device, similar to that on the obverse, is visible in the field adjacent to the animal's body. The lower portion of the field features a series of linear and pellet ornaments typical of Suessiones potin issues. The reverse border is also beaded, consistent with the cast production technique. The relief is relatively flat and the surface shows green patination consistent with the potin composition and age of the piece. |
