Reverse description Plain, essentially blank reverse with a roughly textured surface exhibiting the characteristic flow lines and irregular contours inherent to the cast potin production technique. No deliberate design elements, legends, or symbols are discernible. The flan edges are uneven and show typical shrinkage marks consistent with casting in an open or bivalve mould, as was standard practice for small-denomination Kadamba potin issues of the 6th century CE.
