| Obverse description | Central field features the ornate interlaced Cyrillic cipher of Empress Catherine II beneath an imperial crown, rendered in a decorative monogram style. The date of issue flanks the cipher horizontally across the field. The entire central device is encircled by a wreath of oak and laurel branches tied at the base, a standard heraldic frame used on Siberian copper coinage of the period. No peripheral legend is present; the design relies entirely on the crowned monogram as the imperial attribution. |
