| Obverse description | Central field occupied by the quartered royal arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth within a baroque-style shield: upper-left and lower-right quarters display the Polish White Eagle, upper-right shows the Lithuanian Pursuer (mounted knight), and the lower-left quarter bears the Vasa dynastic arms (sheaf). A small escutcheon at the base of the shield bears the denomination numeral 3. The shield is surmounted by a royal crown. The circular Latin legend reads SIGIS 3 D G REX P M D L (Sigismundus III Dei Gratia Rex Poloniae, Magnus Dux Lithuaniae), running along the coin's periphery. |

| Reverse description | Central design features a large royal crown above the Półkozic coat of arms (the heraldic device of the mint master), all enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Below the crown, the denomination mark '3/2' or stylised numeral referencing the półtorak value is visible at the base. Flanking the central device are decorative foliate or scroll elements. The circular Latin legend MONE NO REG POLO (Moneta Nova Regni Poloniae — New Coin of the Kingdom of Poland) runs along the periphery, interrupted by the Półkozic coat of arms device at the base. |
