Reverse description The Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed at centre, each head surmounted by a small crown and the whole ensigned by a larger Imperial crown above; the eagle bears a shield on its breast charged with the mounted St. George slaying the dragon. The eagle's dexter talon holds a sceptre and the sinister talon holds an orb. The date appears in the upper field, divided by the eagle's heads, and the Cyrillic denomination legend МОНЕТА ПОЛТИНА is arranged around the lower portion of the field, reading along the periphery.
