Regalia and additional emblems are arranged at the base of the throne. The circular Latin legend, reading IN PROVINCIIS IUR SAXON PROVISOR ET VICARIUS 1741, encircles the composition within a milled border, affirming August III's role as Provisor and Vicar of Saxony. |
