| Obverse description | Armored half-length effigy of King Sigismund III Vasa facing right, wearing an elaborate closed crown and richly decorated plate armor with a ruff collar visible at the neck. The king holds a scepter in his right hand and an orb in his left, both rendered in fine relief. A decorative cross ornament appears in the right field. The circumferential Latin legend runs along the inner border of the coin, separated from the central device by a beaded inner circle, with a dentilated outer rim. |

| Reverse description | Elaborate crowned heraldic achievement featuring the multi-quartered royal arms of Sigismund III Vasa, incorporating the arms of Poland (eagle), Lithuania (Pahonia), Sweden (three crowns and lion), and the Vasa dynastic sheaf, all within an ornate shield surmounted by a royal crown. The shield is flanked by the mintmaster's initials and the date, split to either side of the central device. The circumferential Latin legend, abbreviating the king's additional royal and ducal titles, runs around the field within a beaded inner circle and a dentilated outer rim. |
