| Obverse description | Rectangular Art Nouveau plaque depicting Saint Devota standing in high relief with a halo, holding a dove, surrounded by stylized waves and clouds. In the upper right field, the legend is inscribed in a decorative cartouche; in the lower field, a panoramic view of Monaco with sailing vessels and a small boat is rendered in low relief. The composition is framed by ornate Art Nouveau borders with corner mounts, and a maker's signature appears in the lower portion of the field. |
