| Obverse description | Central quartered shield bearing the combined arms of Anjou-Bar, surmounted by a crown, set within a quadrilobe frame. Two additional crowns flank the shield in the lateral lobes of the quadrilobe. The entire central device is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the circumferential Latin legend occupying the outer border between two beaded fillets. The design reflects the heraldic conventions of mid-14th-century feudal coinage. |

| Reverse description | A short cross pattée occupies the central field, its flared arms extending nearly to the inner beaded circle that bounds the central device. The cross divides the field into four quadrants. Two concentric Latin legends encircle the central cross: an inner legend and an outer legend separated by beaded fillets, both reading continuously around the coin. The overall design follows the standard double-legend arrangement typical of Lorraine and Bar regional coinage of the mid-14th century. |
