| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field dominated by a stylized camel (unta) rendered in bold relief, executed in the characteristic fluid, curvilinear idiom of Brunei tin coinage. The animal motif is surrounded by dense arabesque scrollwork and foliate tendrils that fill the field to the rim. A dotted border encircles the design. The hammered technique imparts an irregular, slightly convex flan surface typical of Southeast Asian pitis coinage of this period. |
