Beschrijving voorzijde A large eight-spoked wheel occupies the central field, with alternating annulets and crosses placed between each pair of spokes. The outer border is composed of a continuous row of saltire (X-shaped) elements, forming a decorative rim characteristic of Friesach-type pfennige. The design is executed in the bold, flat relief typical of 13th-century Austrian hammered coinage.

Beschrijving keerzijde A facing bishop's head is depicted at center, rendered in the stylized manner of early medieval ecclesiastical coinage. Four cross-shaped stars are positioned in the cardinal points surrounding the bust, and within each angle between the stars, an annulet flanked by two pellets is placed. The entire design is enclosed within a double beaded circle, a hallmark border treatment of Friesach-type pfennige from the early 13th century.
