| 裏面の説明 |
Central architectural motif depicting a stylized tower or castle gateway, rendered in a schematic manner consistent with Friesach-type bracteate-influenced pfennigs of the early 13th century. Flanking the central structure are two tall towers or column-like elements, each topped with a cross or floral finial, creating a symmetrical heraldic composition. A beaded inner border encircles the design, with additional decorative elements visible in the field. The reverse carries no legible legend, the design relying entirely on the architectural imagery as a mark of the Friesach mint authority. The strike is typical of the period, with some weakness at the irregular flan edges. |
