Obverse description Facing bust of an archbishop rendered in Romanesque style, depicted frontally within a plain inner arc or border. The figure displays a schematized face with large round eyes and stylized hair or mitre, wearing ecclesiastical vestments with drapery folds visible at the shoulders. The hands appear raised or extended to either side in a gesture of blessing, consistent with episcopal iconography of the mid-13th century Salzburg coinage. The flan is irregular and characteristic of hammered bracteate-influenced pfennig production. No legend is present.
