Reverse description Two heraldic lions passant rendered in a schematic, low-relief style typical of mid-13th century Austrian hammered coinage, positioned side by side facing left within a plain arc or inner border. The lions display stylized manes and raised forepaws, consistent with the arms associated with the Archbishopric of Salzburg's feudal heraldic tradition. The flan is irregular with characteristic hammer-struck surface. No legend is present. The design is shallow in relief and shows typical die wear consistent with the period.
