| Obverse description | Facing mitred bust of the bishop in high relief, with a crosier rising vertically in the left field and a palm leaf in the right field. The episcopal mitre is rendered in the characteristic Rhenish-Alsatian Gothic style typical of late 13th-century bracteate-influenced pfennigs. The composition is centrally balanced within the irregular flan, with the ecclesiastical attributes serving as heraldic field markers flanking the portrait. |

| Reverse description | Uniface issue; the reverse bears the incuse negative impression of the obverse design as a consequence of the hammered striking technique applied to a thin silver flan, with no intentional reverse design. |
