Obverse description A stylized leopard-like lion passant to the left, depicted in a crude but vigorous medieval hammered style, bearing a shield and sword. The figure is contained within a beaded inner circle surrounded by a pearl border. The flan is irregular and the relief is bold, characteristic of mid-13th century Austrian bracteate-influenced pfennig coinage.

Reverse description An eagle displayed facing right occupies the central field, rendered in the angular, schematic style typical of Austrian imperial pfennige of the interregnum period. A star motif is positioned between the linear border and the outer pearl circle. The strike is uneven due to the hammered technique, with the design elements showing varying degrees of relief across the irregular flan.
